Look up an order with the order number and billing email used at checkout. You can also sign in to your account to review your order history.

Where to find your order number

Your order number appears in the order confirmation email and on your order details page. Enter it exactly as shown, together with the billing email address used when the order was placed. If the lookup cannot find your order, check for a typing error or sign in to your WooCommerce account.

Delivery and carrier updates

Order lookup displays the order status recorded by the store. Carrier tracking information is shown when it has been added to the order by the shipping provider or the store. Container deliveries are coordinated by appointment; a carrier tracking number may not be available for every delivery.

If your order has been dispatched but you cannot see a carrier update, contact us with your order number. Please do not schedule unloading equipment or assume a delivery date until the delivery appointment has been confirmed.
