Shipping &
delivery
We arrange container delivery by appointment using equipment matched to the unit and the destination. Before you place or approve an order, review the delivery area, access requirements, estimated timing and complete freight charges for your location.
Delivery details
We deliver across Michigan, the Great Lakes region and other contiguous U.S. locations by quote. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international delivery must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment and site details are confirmed. Orders received after our daily cut-off may be treated as received the next business day.
Typical transit is approximately 3–10 business days after release, depending on distance, carrier availability, weather, road conditions and the delivery site. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Freight is location-specific and is quoted using the product, destination, equipment, access and placement requirements. The complete delivery total and any additional charges must be disclosed and accepted in the checkout summary or in a written quote before you submit or approve the purchase. Do not assume delivery is free or included unless the order summary says so.
We or the carrier will coordinate an appointment using the contact details on the order. Keep your phone number and email current, and make sure an authorized person is available to receive the driver. A dispatch notice is not the same as a confirmed appointment.
Depot pickup may be available by prior arrangement and written confirmation. Your vehicle, trailer, tie-downs and lifting equipment must be correctly rated for the container and pickup plan. Follow the depot's safety instructions and do not arrive before a pickup time is confirmed.
Equipment depends on container dimensions, load, destination and placement. A tilt-bed or tilt-tray truck may be suitable for some sites; restricted access, obstacles or heavier units may require a crane truck or other specialized equipment. Confirm any placement service and its cost in writing before dispatch.
You are responsible for a firm, level and prepared surface; clear truck access; turning room; safe unloading space; overhead clearance; utility awareness; required permits; and any site preparation. Measure the entrance, road, gate and intended placement area before confirming the delivery.
Tell us about narrow roads, slopes, soft ground, low branches or wires, gates, overhead structures, restricted hours and placement obstacles when requesting freight. Photos and measurements help identify equipment needs but do not replace a driver’s on-site safety assessment.
If the site is inaccessible, unsafe or not ready when the carrier arrives, delivery may be stopped or rescheduled. Additional failed-delivery, storage or redelivery charges can apply when disclosed in your order terms or carrier quote. Send site photos in advance if access is uncertain.
When safe, inspect the unit before the driver leaves. Note visible issues on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs including a wide view of the complete unit, and keep a copy of the signed document. Do not climb on or enter an unstable container.
Report visible delivery damage, missing items or a material mismatch promptly, ideally within 30 days, with your order number, delivery date and photographs. This reporting request does not reduce any rights that cannot be limited by law. See the Refund & returns policy for the next steps.
Before you approve delivery
Check that the delivery address is complete and that the product, quantity, delivery equipment, placement service, taxes and freight charges match your order or written quote. If the checkout does not show the complete delivery cost for a container, contact us for a written quote and approve the full total before submitting or approving the purchase. Keep the quote with your order confirmation.
Delivery schedules can change because of weather, road restrictions, carrier capacity or site safety. If your contact details or site conditions change after ordering, notify us promptly so we can review the appointment and any cost impact before dispatch.
